Q:) How much does your service cost?
A:) Our dent removal service offers prices starting from as little as £55.00 (Retail) £ P.O.A (Trade)

Q:) Are there any hidden costs?
A:) No, all our prices include callout, labour & consumables. The price we quote is the price you pay!

Q:) Does your quote include Value Added Tax?
A:) As a small business with a small turnover we are currently not registered to charge our customers VAT on our services

Q:) Do you accept Credit/Debit Cards as a method of payment?
A:) Yes, via the popular on-line payment processing group Paypal, to use this service you will need a valid Email address and access to the Internet, you do not need to create a Paypal account.

Q:) Do you offer PDR training?
A:) No, we do not offer paintless dent removal training at the moment.

Q:) Is there anything I need to do before you arrive to remove dent(s) from my vehicle?
A:) Running your car through a car wash prior to our visit helps us to repair your car quicker

Q:) Can you always remove dents 100% so that you never knew they were there?
A:) This depends on how bad the dent is, and if any paint damage has occurred, we can advise you on how well we expect the repair to look when we give you a quote. Most small dents however can be removed so the panel is perfect.

Q:) My dent has a sharp crease at the bottom of it, other dent removal companies have told me these cannot be removed, is this correct?
A:) .Creases can be difficult to remove completely, we will usually be able to make a crease look much better than before, we can give you an indication of how well we think the repair will look before attempting to remove the dent.

Q:) Will you have to drill any holes in my bodywork to remove my dent(s)?
A:) We do not usually need to drill holes to access the backside of a panel. In the unlikely event we do need to drill any holes, we will allways seek the vehicles owners permission beforehand, any holes we drill are rust-proofed and sealed with a grommet. We will only drill in a discrete non structural area of your vehicle.

Q:) I have a dent in my motorbike petrol tank, can you remove it?
A:) Usually, however it depends on the depth and position of the dent,. we can usually advise on how successfull we think the repair will be when we give you a quote.
